Yep! We did it. Girl Power Unite! Sophie completed her first-ever triathlon. She was first in her age group division for girls 16-19. Go Sophie! 
Here we are smiling...because it is the beginning of the race before we swam 300 meters. Sophie swam faster than me.

I didn't finish any races this weekend. I did finish several bowls of chocolate ice cream though. And some really great spring rolls. Mmmm. Think I'll go scope out the fridge . . .
